Yes — by appointment. Email or call to arrange a time. We'll log your samples on arrival and provide a signed chain-of-custody receipt before you leave.
Do you offer courier pickup in the Phoenix area?
Complimentary courier pickup is available across Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise for active client accounts.
How fast is turnaround for local clients?
Same as our standard: 5–10 business days for analysis and QC. The advantage is shaving 1–2 days of transit time off the door-to-door total.
